Eric Garcia resides in San Antonio, Texas with his wife and 4 beautiful children. After 10 years in the wireless industry, Eric decided something needed to change as he was always working at the retail location and never got to see his family. 

He also had a clothing business that he could never expand because his J.O.B. kept him from doing anything else without killing himself over stress and being overworked. 

5 years ago, Eric found the solar industry as a new and exciting industry he could be involved in on the front end of the industry which is exploding now! Thanks to the solar industry, Eric now has time and freedom for his family and also gives him time to develop himself in all areas of life. 

Eric has helped countless homeowners go solar and loves sharing the opportunity with others who may not know what the industry has to offer. James Ramos is happily married to his beautiful wife with 8 amazing kids. James graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree and is also BPI certified. He's been in the energy industry for the past 10 years, during which time he co-founded an energy consulting company in California where he helped local utilities and government develop and improve their energy upgrade rebate programs. James also worked directly in Corporate sales with the largest solar company in the nation. 

Through his strong social media following he continues to mentor and coach thousands of solar consultants through out the nation. He is also the founder of Solar YOUniversity. The only national sales and marketing training in the solar industry. Solar YOUniversity's training facility is located in Dallas Texas. 

Charles Thompson

Charles Thompson, solar energy entrepreneur and sales leadership mentor and currently advisory board member with Powur PBC, one of the fastest growing solar energy contracting companies in the United States. A few key highlights of my success include growing All Gard, a home security solutions that I co-founded in 1994, to $130 million in annual revenues within 6 years. We took the company from a startup to one of the most respected home security solution provider in California which was later acquired by ProtectionOne. In another case, I helped CasePost's quadruple its annual revenues to $22 million improving its overall value and leading to its acquisition by Legal Zoom.

As COO of World Resorts International, I implemented a new revenue model, expanded the sales team ten-fold, brought on new executive board members and established key hospitality partner relationships that added approximately 6,000 resorts to the network. In early 2014, I served as the COO of The Studio Spaces, a Los Angeles based start-up and laid a new funding raising strategy that enabled the company grow its portfolio to over $20 million in assets.

When I'm not working I enjoy going on beach walks, meditating and practicing a healthy lifestyle.

KC Townes

KC Townes is a retired military veteran. In 1987 he was exposed to Multi-Level Marketing (MLM). KC has reached the top levels of industry success and is recognized as a ‘Million Dollar’ income earner. KC has trained and shared success strategies on stage in front of more than a million people. Joe Mousakheel

My name is Joe Mousakheel, also known as Solar Joe & I’ve helped hundreds & hundreds of homeowners go solar since 2016. I was 2017 “Sales person of the Year.” Eventually moved onto hosting a solar seminar (city to city) tour of California (Pre-COVID).

As a result of COVID, I had to pivot, so I began to focus on educating, training, giving value and content to the solar community as a whole and Founded Solar Objections Facebook group with now almost 5000 members.
